The 2011-12 school year has arrived. We are ready to meet all of our new students. You will be receiving many papers this week to fill out about your child so we can update their file.
There are a few things the fifth grade teachers would like you to know. There will be a green folder coming home each Tuesday. It will contain their work from the previous week. There also will be a red folder that should come home every day. This will hold their assignment sheet and homework. These are the most beneficial things for student success. We also ask that the children read 25 pages a night. This is set so that they can reach their AR goal.
Together we can make 5th grade a success. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
